For a chocolate beverage, replace 2 scoops of chocolate with 3 scoops of carob powder. For cacao, replace it with equal quantity of carob powder. Put 2-3 scoops in a half cup of water and boil it for about 3 minutes. Filter it and serve it hot or, if you prefer, cold, add some ice cubes and wait until it gets cold.
Carob sweetens the water and therefore it requires noadditional sugar. If you prefer your tea sweeter, you can use our carob syrup for more energy and sweetness.

It is a great substitute of sugar. Carob honey is also known as a traditional medicine for cough and sore throat. It is rich in calcium (almost three times more than milk- carob contains 350 mg per 100gr in comparison to milk that contains 120 mg per 100gr). Its flavor can differ depending on the variety without altering its nutritional value. For its production, only Cretan carobs are used. It is consumed raw as a fruit. Be careful with the hard pods.
Preparation under 40 cesium degrees.
